Upon arrival, the room we were given was in disarray (mattress against the wall, sheets everywhere and an I cleaned bathroom). We were given a new room. Minor inconvenience. Further, at 2am our fire detector starting beeping and saying low battery. I had to call the manager three times before an answer and was told to disconnect the alarm and that it would be dealt with in the morning. Though these are random situations, it would have been nice to receive some type of compensation for these two incidents, but that did not happen.
