This is the fourth time I've stayed at the hotel -- the last the front desk person was kind enough to upgrade me to the kitchenette, but someone had been smoking in it, and the person in the upstairs apartment was pacing all night so I didn't sleep at all. I had hoped for some discount for that awful night on this latest stay, but nothing was offered and no one seemed to remember my prior experience.
On this visit the in-room AC unit was so loud that I had to turn it off to get any sleep, and then the room was stifling and very uncomfortable.
I'll probably stay at the Ramada on my next trip, and perhaps thereafter.
Clean and service the AC units so they're quieter, and don't allow guests to smoke in the rooms.
