We enjoyed the weekend stay at this hotel. Had a room with a small balcony, looking over playing fields. It is a short ride into Kittery with a nice variety of restaurants and then a little further to get into Portsmouth. I enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the beautiful big trees on the premises. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
The walls and ceilings are thin and could be a problem if neighbors are not respectful.
