Waiting 90 minutes when we arrived over an hour late for our room to be ready was inconvenient but not terrible. Kitchen was ill equipped- no toaster, no baking sheet, very random silverware/plates/glasses and with one kitchen sink doing the dishes was, well, difficult. Bed was comfortable, shower roomy and the staff was great (especially the cleaning ladies- they were fun to talk to). Grounds needs attention and the pool area is poorly designed for a full house.


Get more kitchen equipment for the suite and compensate customers inconvenienced by having to wait for their room (we should have been).
