ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

If you have assigned parking, you should tell the maintenance staff not to park in the guest’s spot.

Not everyone wakes up before 10am and this hotel was Not accommodating towards that, particularly with house keeping access and maintenance noise. I’ve never had trouble at other hotels, even with long stays. House keeping often didn’t restock the coffee , even though there were only 3 days they didn’t come in to our room.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Have more flexible house keeping hours. We had a schedule set up , which worked for the first 2 weeks. The last week, they didn’t clean, just changed the towels.
