ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

When we arrived we had to listen to the managers lecture on how she was just one person, ect…., then we got interrogated on who was staying in what room, it was quite frustrating, I was already regretting staying there. Then we get to one of the rooms, and there is a dying chipmunk right near there, twitching, ECT, we had children with us and were concerned. The manager was informed ,and she said she probably couldn’t do anything about it. It was removed but, after spending that much money on those rooms, I certainly expected better service than that!!!

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Re educate the manager on how to do her job.
