Everything was perfect. This is an unbelievably clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and nicely furnished. The free breakfast was amazing! They had several gluten-free items on the breakfast buffet including lots of protein options.

Kittery Inn is what they are advertising they are: an updated 1950s motel. The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. At breakfast they served a variety of fresh baked goods, home-made waffles, eggs etc. A lot more and of better quality then I was expecting. Our stay was short, but the Inn’s clean and pleasant comfort made it enjoyable.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Enjoyed our stay a great deal for a quick two night getaway. Located very conveniently to both Kittery and Portsmouth as we enjoyed both areas thanks to the close proximity. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who I checked out with on Monday morning.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

I think I would have a top sheet already on the bed, not make guests have to do housekeeping such as making a bed up when they are away. We travel a lot both in North America and oversees and I’ve never had to do this before. Otherwise everything was very quaint and nice

A Solid no frills motel. We stayed in cabin 22 and was clean with a very comfortable bed . The rates cannot be beat and you are a 3 minute drive away from downtown Portsmouth. Staff are friendly and the breakfast has a few new items to recommend. Noted no road noise and parking was a breeze. If you aren’t into 10 floor accommodations and want to stay in this area , then I do recommend you try it out. The rooms are not large and the Maine water pressure continues to baffle me , but this facility deserves 5 stars for doing what is does very well.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

To give a warning about the rooms below the office. It’s constant footsteps and sound of running up and down the stairs starting around 6:30/7 am until the office closes at 10 PM. So if your trying to sleep in or a light sleeper; those rooms are probably not for you! Overall I enjoyed the stay but wish we could of slept in past 7 am since we were on vacation!

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

A room upstairs or just a room not below the office.

Cozy inn close (under 10 minutes) to Kittery outlets. The rooms are small and the walls a bit thin, as to be expected in an older property. But it is immaculate, nicely decorated & well appointed. Blackout drapes would be a nice addition. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. We’ll be back (with eye masks)!!
