RESERVATION POLICIES

• Guests have to be 21 years or older to check-in.
• Check-In is at 2pm. The office is open from 6am-10pm.
• Please let us know approximately when you will be arriving.  If it is after 10pm (22:00) EST, then call us to make arrangements on checking-in after hours.
• A Credit Card is required to hold the room.  We do not charge the card at time of reservation.  We will authorize 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Guests can pay cash or credit card at check-in.  We do require a credit card on-file for all guests.
• Out of consideration for other guests, the hotel is 100% non-smoking.  And we do not allow pets.  There are penalties if we find evidence of such.
• We offer discounted rates for staying long-term.  Penalties apply for early-departures.
• We have two Cribs that are available on a first-come basis.  Cribs are free.
• For multiple rooms, please contact the hotel directly to avoid cancellations due to possible duplicates.
• There is a $10 per person fee after 2 people.  Because of fire codes, we require an accurate count.
• Guests must check with hotel availability if extending their stay.
• Specific room numbers or room location requests will try to be honored but cannot be guaranteed.
