ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK: 

In years past the rooms have always been very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. This year, however, my room wasn't cleaned or the amenities: such as water cups,coffee mugs, etc., replaced on a daily basis. When I was asking about my check out, I was asked about my room. I started to explain about my displeasure and was told it was my fault for not coming forward sooner. I was also told that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every 3 days. There was a spot on 1 of the pillow cases on the bed, that pillow case was NEVER changed through my 11 day stay. So now I question if the bed linens were ever changed before my arrival. Through my entire stay I was shorted a bath mat, towels, and a used hand towel was slid back into place(unfolded) with a clean was cloth placed on top. I guess this practice will be common place with noone being held accountable for their actions. I like the hotel and it's location, that's why I keep coming back. I have been staying here since it was the Blue Roof Inn. Will I come back? At this point I don't know.
