I attempted to check in early - around 11:30/12:00noon - and my room was not ready. Obviously not a problem. The receptionist made sure that my phone number and email were on file and promised to call me when my room was ready. I drove around for over 2 hours waiting for the call. When I came back at 2:30, there was a different receptionist, and my room was ready. I do wish I had been contacted after I was promised to be contacted - everything else was fine but I would have appreciated the info as I was waiting for it.
