Aside from the delayed 2 hour check in, service and the room were wonderful. The pillows were a bit soft. I guess we had shown up right when a housekeeper quit, but the lady at the front desk WAS FANTASTIC. She pointed us in a direction for lunch, then cleaned our room for us.
