This was the longest time ( 6 nights) that we have stayed, and the first time I have had concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. By day two, we questioned if the room was being serviced- the beds were tidied up and the bathroom towels replaced, but the garbage was not emptied, and the cups/toiletries were not replaced. I voiced my concerns on day 4/ 5 when I needed to request more toilet paper. The office person I spoke with asked if there was a problem, immediately apologized and then spoke with the cleaning staff, which took care of the trash/supplies issue. The balcony on our room was covered with pine needles/ and there were dirty utensils on the floor from previous guests throughout our stay. Also, the refrigerator in the room was not set at a temp high enough for the freezer to work- there doesn’t appear to be a way to adjust it. On a positive note, we very much enjoyed the pool, and are especially appreciative of the gluten free offerings at breakfast ( One note— you may want to consider not having the probiotic yogurt as the only choice. While it is gluten free, I was apprehensive to use with celiac disease.)
