Hi. I arrived before 10 and found the office closed. I know you tried to reach me when I was on the road, but you did not leave a message for me telling me to expect the office would be closed. When I arrived everything was dark and it took some time for me to find the key in your late arrival box (located in an unlit section of the motel). So, everything was great, but I had a very bad time arriving. Thank you.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
leave a message if you are leaving early. make your late arrival procedure available to late arrivals so they do not have to figure it out themselves.
