ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
I have stayed with you guys twice. My initial visit i was blown away by the cleanliness, the beautiful room, comfortable bed. Unfortunately this stay was not the same. My room was dirty, (linens had tons of hair in them, short pubic like hairs.) They were off whiteand as I remember at my initial stay here two summers ago I had a luxurious white duvet that was spotless. The bed was absolutely terrible, creaky and rickety, with a large divet in the middle that gave me a terrible backache. The bathroom has a hole in the door that was plugged up with a tissue. Several spiders in the room. Old tea water from a previous guest was found in our tea pot...obviously cleanliness is not a priority here any longer. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to a friend which is sad because like I said my past stay with you guys was amazing. Very unsatisfied :(
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Clean your linens more thoroughly
Replace beds
Fix holes in the doors
Check your tea pots in between guests
