We enjoyed our stay here with our 2 young daughters. Its simple, quaint, clean and quiet. Shower is very small. Bed was a bit soft but fine. Good location but you do have to drive everywhere. The pool was perfect. The breakfast was lacking healthy choices but ok. Definitely go to Portsmouth and Ogunquit/ Kennebunkport. And Kittery outlets.
