next time we visit .. we need to find a room where you can get into both sides of the bed … queen bed in the cabin had to be pulled out off the wall to allow 2 people to get into both sides …..other than that , as always a great place to stay

The inn is extremely clean and staff is efficient and friendly. The only suggestion that I have is putting a comfy chair or two in the room for reading. We will be back!!
I had never stayed at this motor inn and was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and overall comfort of the room. I stayed in a small suite, but there are larger rooms to accommodate longer stays. Location offers easy access to downtown Portsmouth and the Outlet Mall.

I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. The staff are great and the rooms are simple yet comfy and quiet. They have a decent variety of rooms and I especially like the micro cabins in the back. The breakfast is simple and healthy. They have protein in addition to the usual continental things and hot and cold items. They are a Euro style place and absolutely the best place to stay in Kittery. Also they are 5 mins from Portsmouth, NH and all its eating and drinking establishments so its very convenient.

We love this property. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The rooms (and we have stayed in at least 6 or 7 different rooms) are comfortable and simply appointed. We will continue to stay here and tell all our friends how nice it is. THANK YOU !

The office staff were too busy eating breakfast to even bother coming out of the back room to properly check us out. They asked us to leave our room key and yelled out, do you need a receipt? Not the best customer service if you ask me.

I think your doing a great job. I would turn the base of the vanities into a material that is waterproof so the water form the floor does not disinigrate the vanity and make it look bad. Maybe even just a PVC base Board. This is just the builder in me :) To be honest we went from your place to the Wentworth for four days and Id much rather stay at your place. Youre much friendlier and I feel more at home at your place

Stayed here for one night in room 19 last weekend with my husband. The room was spacious and clean. We had a small kitchen area separate from the bedroom which was large and airy. The breakfast included in the room rate was served in the main area and appeared to be quite diverse in offerings. We did not partake, but did have some coffee. It was hot and flavorful. We heard no road noise while sleeping as the Inn is set back from the main road.
We have stayed in this location 3 times. We love it! Clean and yummy free breakfast in the morning! Close to the outlets, and also very close to Portsmouth NH, which has a cute town for shopping and some great restaurants!

This was a 6 day stay.We would have appreciated a slightly more consideration for a larger discount. Our discount (military, AAA, etc.) was the same a if it was a one night stay. Other than that, the stay was very satisfactory. Thank you.

We’ve stayed there several times and although the breakfast is still decent I think it’s declined a bit since our earlier visits. I noticed the eggs were barely warm the last two visits. It’s still a much better than average breakfast experience for a modestly priced motel. We will undoubtedly return when traveling in the area.

I only stayed one night here , I didnt have a bed sheet on my bed , just a mattress cover and a 60 lb duvet. . When I checked in I think I remember the woman says something about sheets but I clearly should have been paying more attention because when I returned later that night the office was closed . I spent most of the night wrestling the duvet and turning the thermostat up and down in a vain attempt to get comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly.

The hotel was very nice and clean, yet only a few hours after check-in a staff member key carded into our room without our approval. When they knocked on the door we yelled out,”Just one minute”, and before we could get to the door the woman who had checked us in key carded into our room without our approval. I believe she quickly realized her mistake before backing out of the room without explanation. After that we felt very uncomfortable in the rest of our stay. It is too bad that this happened because we had been excited to stay at Kittery Inn and Suites and loved the location, but after that experience will not be returning.

Ensure that staff review rooms that people have checked into before barging into a room without approval from the guest.
