Front desk service was great and you cant beat the location. The room was spacious and had a comfy bed, but I felt like the bathroom just seemed really dingy and not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived.

Bagels and cream cheese included on the cold continental breakfast would be great.

My only complaint is that the heat was so low in the room when we arrived that it took several hours for the bed to warm up. I had to lay on top of the coverings until it was warm enough.

Just not turn the heat so low in unoccupied rooms, or turn it up when you anticipate a patrons arrival.

Excellent, well worth the money. Clean, safe and polite. Close to everything, easy to get to, easy to get in and out of. Room was small but clean and adequate. Staff was very polite and friendly. They have my recommendation.

They were out of certain food early and didnt replace it. If your going to serve food between specific hours, have it available during those hours. No excuses.
We stayed here for New Years and it was awesome! Included a small breakfast in the morning, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We were nervous about staying in a motel but so glad we did! Had our own little cabin and would pick staying here over any hotel any day. Highly recommended

This was a nice quiet location centrally located between Kittery Maine and Portsmouth New Hampshire. We had great access to both cities. The hotel is reminiscent of a 50s motor lodge.

As a travel agent,I tend to have higher expectations than most people. I book reliable hotel chains whenever possible. BOY! Did this little gem change my mind! We booked, along with some other family members, while attending a family birthday party. The booking process was easy and efficient (some online, some on the phone). Our 2 bedroom cabin was spotless, roomy and comfortable. The mattresses were AWESOME Even though it was near the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff at check in and check out were efficient and friendly. Breakfast (included) was delicious, however, the breakfast area is quite tiny. Guests are encouraged to take breakfast back to their rooms, which in our case, worked out great. I will be happy to recommend this inn to clients, and look forward to another stay in the future.
