The location of the hotel was perfect for us, given the places we needed to visit while in the area. I have nothing more to add to my positive review of your property and will recommend it as a good place to stay and return to in Kittery Maine.

We enjoyed our stay here with our 2 young daughters. It’s simple, quaint, clean and quiet. Shower is very small. Bed was a bit soft but fine. Good location but you do have to drive everywhere. The pool was perfect. The breakfast was lacking healthy choices but ok. Definitely go to Portsmouth and Ogunquit/ Kennebunkport. And Kittery outlets. We loved the area of Maine overall but be prepared to drive to different towns. There’s

Old facility but renovated well. Road noise from Unit #1 is pronounced, and the walls are paper thin so we could hear the couple next door talking loudly about something. Everything in the suite worked out well, although the bed is tight against the wall, other than the tv in the bedroom which failed to get a signal. Breakfast space is quite limited, but the buffet offerings were very good, and the coffee was exceptional.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We love staying here. This is our 3rd stay. Everything is very accommodating for what we need and location is great. We love the rooms. The pool is wonderful and it’s a friendly atmosphere all around………I would just suggest a few more hooks for towels and clothes in the bedrooms. And don’t forget to vacuum underneath everything stuff collects under stove. But overall we love it here and plan on returning next year.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Breakfast food was excellent in both freshness and selections. The coffee could use some improvement but better than many!

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

The bathroom door in our unit (20) would not close so needs some repair. One of the bulbs over the sink was out so I left it on to be changed. It was still out when we left. I forgot to tell the front desk.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

I was upgraded to a queen suite, but I didn’t realize that the suite was partially in a basement. The room had many large flies in it because a kitchen window was left open. There were also dirty towels hanging on the bathroom hooks. Lastly, I could hear the people walking above me, not that they were clomping around, but the ceiling is thin. Not one of these issues is a big deal, but taken together, they affected my stay. Also, the Inn is fairly expensive, so I guess I expected better. I still have not received by receipt, which I requested to be emailed to me.

This is a simple and quiet inn just off a main rd. Easy access to the highway. The pool is nice and the location is good to drive to other towns. The mattress was too soft for me and the shower is tiny. But it was clean and friendly. The breakfast was not great, not many healthy options. But we enjoyed the pool and the simplicity and easiness of this inn.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was not great- there should be more healthy/ organic options such as granola/ yogurt without sugar/ fresh jam. fresher bread. Too much sugar and processed foods for breakfast. Also, the beds were too soft and seemed old- probably time to update the mattresses.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Updated mattresses/ pillows and healthier / homemade breakfast options. :)
