I checked my kids and their two children in before they arrived for their visit. I had arranged through Expedia for two rooms, one with a king bed, the second with two queen or standard beds to accommodate the children. I got the king but in the second room a single queen. I voiced my objection and the very pleasant manager professed that she could do nothing to change things. She suggested that I contact Expedia (for what I dont know, since she had already told me that she could do nothing).
